Our office is in-network with and accepts most major insurance carriers, including Managed Care Medicaid.
Our office staff will contact your insurance carrier on your behalf to help determine applicable benefits, deductibles, co-pays, and authorizations. Our office staff will also submit all insurance claims on your behalf.
We will assist in resolving difficulties with authorizations and claim payments directly with your insurance company. Every effort will be given to collect payment from your insurance carrier; however, the client will always have final responsibility for payment of their account.

Fees are based on reasonable and customary fees charged by local applicable providers. Payments are required at the time of service unless other arrangements are made in advance. Some clients may qualify for "Special Circumstances" rates depending upon the situation. Payment plans are available if necessary.
